I'm not sure if you can in FIFA. Chances are you will have to make your own table and get players to tell you their results. We did one on FIFA 14 last year and the draft on here took a long time to settle on.
I didn't think you could do it , I checked it out earlier and couldn't see any options for that, there's pro clubs and online friendlies.

couldn't we just confirm numbers..
then everyone requests a team, if two people want the same team they play against each other as said team and the winner keeps the team..
then draw up random brackets.. done
