Because he is an established player and one of the faces of the game. I'd expect Mane to get a bump in January for the next transfer update. At this stage he isn't really a big enough player to get special treatment.

not really special treatment to be given a higher rating then 79. He cost liverpool a mint and has looked the real deal. Was a great player last year as well. a 82 rating is more then fair imo
