Got Teze and IF Acerbi with my 85×10 and then all duplicate 87-89's so just i just did the Cozza and Aouer sbcs to get rid of them.

Paid for 500 fifa points for the rare players pack with the wildcard token , rather pay the 6 bucks for the fifa points than 95k coins (scummy but smart from EA). Got Toney as my guaranteed 83 inform and WW Maignan so made 60k from that and then grinded out some league SBC's and got some more decebt fodder and WW Hazard and Taremi. The league sbcs are worth the grind at the moment with how cheap fodder is, you might not make big profit but it's probably the cheapest way to try and pack Ibra.

Disappointed there was no new icon sbc releases today, we were supposedly getting prime Zola, mid Puyol and baby Best today but seems like they've pushed it back. Holding the rest of my fodder for Zola if he's cheap enough.

No new token sbcs today either, sucks because i really don't want to grind mystery ball friendlies with the shitty servers atm (played 4 afk players in row yesterday only for the game to lose connection to servers in the post game menu and not count each time).

Only played 3 games with him so far but he's been really good. I know overalls don't necessarily mean anything but i don't understand how he's only an 85 compared to RTTK De Ligt 89 though. Their defensive stats are near identical and the differences they do have aren't significant enough to warrant such a gap.
 
Hi guys first time poster on here, big fifa lover. I’m sure it’s already been mentioned before but no kit number or name on kit for new academy players on career mode is pretty deflating. Anyone know if a patch will be out to fix this? Pretty poor error.

Haven't played in months but very disappointing that still hasn't been fixed.
 
Got the worst ultimate pack from the wildcard exchanges, IF Acerbi, John Stones and the rest were below 81. And to make matters worse they were all defenders and keepers with shot league's and nations for links so crafting the player picks for better fodder becomes a pain the ass [emoji23].

Anyone else feel like they've done nothing but pack goalies and defenders since the player pick and 81-87 upgrade packs were released ? Prior to these player picks when you needed to use defenders and central mids i was packing mostly goalies, strikers and wingers.

Yeah, not really specific positions but my pack luck has been in the bin. Shit 85 x 10, shit icon pack and out of 30 78+ picks I got 2 walkouts, Fabinho and WW Alessandrini.

Reckon EA nerfed the pack weight for Christmas because people would be opening packs regardless the weight.
 
Thinking of doing Puyol just because i have already done the first three exchanges for the packs and the rest is just so damn cheap to do.
His pace is a let down but with those insane defensive stats and a catalyst chem card i reckon he might be a serviceable middle CB to plug the hole with one of the 3 or 5 atb formations. Also decent high rated fodder for down the track when i inevitably run low on fifa coins and fodder during a good promo.

Underrated icon, centre backs just don't need insane pace and his defensive and physical combo is nearly the best in the game. Will be doing him for sure, if he's better than De Ligt idk but with packs back and the throwaway squads it's like 50k for a 90 rated icon.

played champs for the first time in months and packed a tradable Ginola from the jumbo Premium players pack, 1.25m card! dunno if i should sell, he is pretty handy by the looks
 
Mid icon pack is available. Pretty pricey considering the amount of mid icons under 400k. It's a big risk but thankfully for me i got Kaka so it's not a loss. Last year it was Inzaghi, Moore, Scholes in my icon packs , this year it's been Kaka, Garrincha and Henry so it's been a pleasant turn around.

Koeman out of the mid icon pack. Basically broke even.

Very happy though as I've been trying out Headliners Sangare and he's insane at CB so I can now put an Engine on Koeman and swap him in-game at CDM.

Club icons Kessie and De Ligt are now gone sadly. Both are GOATS
