Ill admit it, Im short Fused when Drunk, I wont knock peoples heads off for bumping me, but i wont just avoid confrontation, if someone just gives me attitude im usually in their face
Sure i';ve won most fights, But ive got my ass handed to me a few times
One particular case i was being hasseled by 2 guys at a train station, to the point they were demanding my wallet, i thought "Well, there is 300 dollars in my wallet (When your 16 thats a lot of money) i've just knocked one guy out for about 2 minutes and held my own against the next guy for enough so they've realised it wasnt worth it
Unless they guy flicks up a knife im comfortable in taking them on.
Another one was when i got the shit kicked out of me, in year 8 some year 10 came up and put gum in my hair, ran back to his posse sitting against the wall and they all burst into laughter, I went up to the bloke and kicked him square in the head, while he was holding the back of his head and his new flat nose, his 3 mates just repeatedly kicked me on the ground untill the teachers stopped them
While they never really did nothing to me again, and they walked away probably thinking "yeah we showed him" I never got hasseled by them again, if i just walked away im sure they would have just kept giving me shit untill they left school

Ever tried getting gum out when its in about 30cm of hair? I had to get it cut out as well. What a gross overreaction to someone putting gum in your hair. Violence begets violence - refer to post 2 hero head.

I knew i was going to get my ass kicked, but did anyone hassel me again after they saw i at least stood up for myself?
When someone tries to justify kicking someone in the head as an appropriate response to what is, in the grand scheme of things, pretty minor schoolyard horseplay, it just confirms for me that the world has gone completely mad.
Put it this way, if you kicked your bubblegum assailent in the head and he died from the blow, or as has happened in other instances and been highlighted in the "One punch can kill" campaign, he died from banging his head on the ground when you knocked him out -- could you look yourself in the mirror and say I killed a person, but he deserved to die it because he put gum in my hair. You've effectively ruined dozens of lives with one stupid act - including your own.
As soon as people resort to violence, the element of control is lost from the situation. You might kick someone in the head and he shakes it off and laughs at you, or you might kick someone in the head and he goes down like a sack of spuds and never wakes up again.

My twin brother did the same to me when we were in year 12. Of course, I wasn't gonna let him just walk away and we both ended up being suspended, even though I barely got a shot in amongst the teachers and classmates who jumped in to separate it.However, I remember when I was in year 11, some ******* ******** walked past me whilst I was at my locker and he hit me across the head with his metal lock quite aggressively.

*cues heroheads to come out of the woodwork and recount glory days of when they took on 5 Sudanese immigrants outside Maccas*![]()

Another gem from this bloke:you tell em' big guy!
Good mate of mine got killed a few years back outside a party at home. Some shit started up, bloke hit him, he fell (think he hit his head - I missed it, was at home). Died about 3 days later.
Lowlife scum sucking **** rag that hit him got 3 years (after 2 more on the outside beofre the trial) in a "juvenile detention facility" aka - 3 years watching TV and playing Nintendo. Judges - ****ing do something!

Sure i';ve won most pillow fights, But ive got my ass handed to me a few times at some homosexual bars.
One particular case i was being hasseled by 2 girls at a train station, to the point they were demanding my wallet, i thought "Well, there is 300 dollars in my wallet (When your 16 thats a lot of money) i've just knocked one girl out who was 7 years old for about 2 minutes and held my own against the next girl who was 10 years old for enough so they've realised it wasnt worth it
Unless they the girl flicks up a knife im comfortable in taking them on.
Another one was when i got the shit kicked out of me, in year 8 some pre primary school kid. she came up and put gum in my hair, ran back to her posse sitting against the wall and they all burst into laughter, I went up to the little 4 year old girl and kicked her square in the head, while she was holding the back of her head and her new flat nose, her 3 little friends just repeatedly kicked me on the ground untill the teachers stopped them
While they never really did nothing to me again, and they walked away probably thinking "yeah we showed him" I never got hasseled by them again, if i just walked away im sure they would have just kept giving me shit untill they left school

Another gem from this bloke:

My friend nearly got into a punch on with Andy Harper at a Melbourne nightclub back in the late 90s.
This was when Andy Harper was still playing in the NSL and on this particular day they had just lost a semi by 5-0.
My mate was at the bar ordering drinks and directly opposite him on the other side of the bar was Andy. My mate yells out "hey Andy". Andy looks up with a big grin expecting a fan and my mate, pissed off his head holds up 5 fingers and yells out "5 nil ********" across the bar.
Andy's facial expression changed dramatically, and he forgot about his drinks and proceeded to chase my mate around the club for the next 5-10 minutes. It was packed so it was pretty easy to lose oneself.
To this day probably the funniest thing I have ever seen
