Why do people think they need to go on about this topic??
Buckley is a champion, a great player of todays game. He would get a lot of pressure because he stands out above the rest of the guys.. not meaning to sound harsh,
if bucks doesn't think the guys are playing up to their ability, then it's his job to let them know, if they think he is being too hard on them, then they shouldn't be playing afl football, it's nathan's job to lift their spirits and rev them up when they're playing poorly (which i'm sorry to say happens quite often)
Bucks does nothing less than his job, he is doing a terrific job as captain and if the other guys don't like the way he goes about it, then i don't see how they can play as a team successfully.
