Seems to be enough of us hanging around the Footy Industry board that that isn't a concern.

Tigers on 60,011
What happened to old thread?
hey guys, not 2013 related but can someone please tell me saints and eagles season in which they had the most members eg. 2005 - 45,000 members
would really appreciate it
Ehhh, Eagles would be this year, largely because we've started adding the Waiting List to the count as of 2012. So that's kind of fuzzy.
I believe that for St Kilda it was 2011 - 39.2k.
Essendon sit at 54903 as of this morning. Virtually a lock to reach 5500 and then who knows where it will finish.
Is it true one club has sent out 3 game memberships to former members for free.
I thought memberships closed on June 30 and that the club were buying up memberships to push us along. Probably not so much with 4 weeks to go though.
Really, everyone saying Jul 31 on our board, at least those that the AFL count.
Lions roar past 24,000
Exclusive to lions.com.au9:08am AEST Friday, July 5, 2013
The Brisbane Lions have surpassed the 24,000 member mark on the eve of the Club’s QClash 6 battle with the Gold Coast Suns at the Gabba.
The figure represents a growth of 20 percent in total members from 2012. The increase in membership numbers comes on the back of a victorious NAB Cup campaign and some exhilarating wins in season 2013, including the eighth biggest come-back in AFL/VFL history, over Geelong in Round 12.
Lions CEO Malcolm Holmes said: “Members are the life-blood of any football club and we are absolutely thrilled to have 24,000 committed Lions’ members on board.”
“Reaching 24,000 members is a significant achievement for the Brisbane Lions and highlights the loyalty and passion of the Lions faithful.
“According to our 2012 Members Survey, our member satisfaction is the highest it has been since 2009 and the 20 percent rise in membership is in indicative of a happy supporter base, confident that we are on the right path.
“After the recent re-signings of Matthew Leuenberger, Dayne Zorko and Daniel Rich, it’s an exciting time to be a Lions’ member and I encourage all Lions fans who are yet to sign up, to get on board for the remainder of the 2013 season.”
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!
From the lands of Unicorns, Leprechauns and other mythical beasts, we have ACTUAL Fremantle Membership numbers, as transcribed from the West Australian this morning:
Fremantle - 43,638
A new record apparently, eclipsing their 2008 previous best of 43,366.
For a further fun fact, there remains only 1,500 reserved seats unsold at Subiaco. They hope to sell off the rest of those seats before the new 2018 stadium.
