I'm nowhere near as nervous as I was last week. I have the utmost confidence in the boys doing us proud and bringing us back that long awaited piece of silverware.
They won their last when I was 9. My brother barracked for Hawthorn and that's who we beat. Victory was soooooo sweeeeeeeeettt
I've been to the G for every GF we've been in since then. I won't be there tomorrow - let's hope that makes the difference. But the butterflies are still there in the stomach. Go Catters - you can do it!!
fortunately I have a Masters in Omen Intepretation and can assist.
You were cycling and then hit a black cat. Your hitting of the black cat represents your supressed anger towards the club that has let you down in times of need (ie other grand finals). Yet your love of the cats mean that after coming off bike your concern is directed at health of said cat, despite the injuries and suffering it has caused you. However the cat has died. This is symbolic of the fact that the death of the cat is the death of the failure of Geelong to deliver and disappoint.
Clearly this event can be interpreted that Geelongs woes are over and a new dawn will be created tomorrow.

No it involved 4 years of study at the Sorbonne. However I didn't do this and instead received my master in a "buy 2 paddlepops get a master free!" deal.
I was way more nervous for the Prelim than i am for the GF for some unknown reason. I feel very calm about this week, where as last week, i was a mess leading up to the Collingwood game.
I share your sentiment exactly. I am as negative and pessimistic as anyone but have little nerves at the moment.
I remember befor 1995 trying to convince myself we could match Carlton but genuinely not believing- this is differnet. Firmly beleive we are best and last weeks close match will hold us in good stead tomoroow. Could be completely off th eark but reckon we will win easily.
forget "entertaining" the non aligned who want a "close match". I want the cats to put foot down in first quarter and put it beyond doubt by half time and for bbq's and parties across the country to be disappointed by the lack of contest.
