After the pre seasons break and the season has started, I have a feeling that Essendon will come out with a bang. Simply because we have had 4 legends of the game retired at the club (Com'on Bolton had his great moments) , we have a great new coach who works great with young talented players, and with a new fresh start at Windy Hill I think the players will be looking foward and excited about the 2008 season.

I probably will all be wrong and we'll do the exact opposite of winning.

But we have a lot of young players which have to stand up sometime, and I think it will happen in 2008 (if they don't, then the season 2008 is down the drain).

You CAN NOT be serious!! Bolton a legend of the game???? I wouldn't book your table at the hall of fame inductee dinner just yet mate... but on that basis you should be happy we still have the following "legends" at our club.. Bradley, Johns, Dyson..

Agree with the rest of your post though... we should come out swinging in '08 and hopefully not just make up the numbers...
