Lets be honest their would have to be an Essendon like fade out for us to miss the 8 from here and seeing we still have to play sides like Brisbane, GWS and Carlton that already gets us to 11 wins for the year then that should get us in the 8. In our last 9 games worst I see us going is 6-3. That would put us 14 and 8.

I think to be at all competitive the team needs to include the following player and they need to be in reasonable form:

• White
• Witts or Grundy,
• Reid
• Karnezis
• Adams
• Maxwell

At the moment none of them are a certainty to be around come finals, but if all could get fits and build some form we would be a completely different outfit.

Actually, Craig will be dead but his son Bruce will take over the microphone..

The great thing is that I'm predicting a threepeat...followed by a couple of lean years and then another golden age. I lie awake at night dreaming about how Reg Grundy is going to take the opposition apart...it's so much better than thinking about next week's game

Actually who we play doesn't matter until we actually play/beat them. As things stand today we're 8-5, come season end we'll be somewhere between 17-5 (will make finals) and 8-14 (won't make finals). One week at a time thanks.
