Run down of who's in and out for the final few games of the season. We're looking good! I think Carlton will have Gibbs back should they win this weekend, but it seems aside from the Menzel injury on the weekend, 3 of the top 4 are all looking at fielding near full-strength sides.

Collingwood
Thankfully looking at a clean bill of health really. We knew Brown and Dick were gone for the reason or were at least resigned to playing without them in the finals. Seems Reid is guaranteed his spot in the prelim with Thomas, so all looking up!

Ben Reid (groin) - test - Will Play
Nathan Brown (knee) - season
Brad Dick (knee) - season

Geelong
Bad luck for Menzel going down, Corey should come back.

Joel Corey (groin) - test - Will Play
Dan Menzel (knee, ACL) - season
Billie Smedts (hip) - season
Jesse Stringer (knee) - season
Mitch Brown (shoulder) - season
Nathan Vardy (hip) - season

Carlton
Jerks Carlton likely to go in without Gibbs and Kreuzer. No Gibbs is a huge loss for the Blues. Really think they will struggle.

Jarrad Waite (hip) - season
Andrew Collins (shoulder) - season
Mitch Carter (shoulder) - season
Patrick McCarthy (groin) - season
Andrew McInnes (shoulder) - season
Luke Mitchell (shoulder) - season
Bryce Gibbs (shoulder) - test - Unlikely
Matthew Kreuzer - test - Unlikely

West Coast
Cox will be the big test this week against Carlton, but with their likely outs it looks like they still should get over Carlton over at Subi. Kerr seems likely to play, although apparently Cox is confirmed as well by Worsfold.

Last week Kerr was a "certain starter" against Collingwood too, so take that with a grain of salt. But if both get up, Eagles are looking like fielding a strong team. Considering how they went against us, doesn't look good for Carlton.

Ryan Neates (PCL) - season
Matt Rosa (PCL) - test
Daniel Kerr (back) - test - 95% likely
Blayne Wilson (ankle) - season
Dean Cox (hip) - test - Name to Play
Scott Lycett (knee) - available
Ashley Smith (hamstring) - test

Sydney
Swannies look to be fighting fairly fit for their game against the Hawks this week and hopefully make it through to the prelim. Grundy will likely miss, Hannebery and Rohan should get up.

Daniel Currie (foot) - indefinite
Heath Grundy (illness) - test - Won't Play
Daniel Hannebery (shoulder) - test - Will Play
Gary Rohan (knee) - test - Will Play

Hawthorn
Hawks have been a bit unlucky but it seems this week Lance is going to be named! Pretty interesting, will see where this goes and even if he does get up, whether he's worth it.

Lance Franklin (knee) - test - Will be named!!
Taylor Duryea (ankle) - indefinite
Stephen Gilham (knee) - indefinite
Mitch Hallahan (ankle) - indefinite
Angus Litherland (foot) - indefinite
Luke Lowden (thumb) - indefinite
Jarryd Roughead (Achilles) - indefinite
Clinton Young (ankle) - TBC

I wonder how those lists would look if we weren't in the finals? A lot of players from all the clubs would have players with niggles or needing surgery and if this was a H&A game I feel there would be more players listed.

Like Franklin (knee) - 4 weeks etc.

If the Hawks play Buddy tomorrow, they seriously risk breaching a duty of care to him. A bruised knee like that weakens the knee joint and increases the likelihood of an ACL injury. Bloody foolish of them just to risk him for a chance to lose in the prelim to us :p

I'm more concerned about how many guys have injury queries or match fitness issues. When every percentage of performance becomes so critical in finals this is a real concern. It's the reason we try and get an edge by going to Arizona each year. I feel we might not be at our absolute peak this year. But it could be far worse.
