Our best could see us match the the Lions, Dees and Power. Our worsts sees us drop some wins.

We'll need other results to go our way. In short we'd like the top four to just keep winning and the bottom three to spring some upsets on thgose teams around us.

Ideally Port are locked into first or second come the last round.

Not as simple as that, in this competition teams are always improving, if you don’t improve or you stagnate, you go backwards. If we’re relying on a last dance type scenario we are no chance bc cotch and Reiwoldt aren’t getting better. The only way we do some Damage is from the improvement of players like Ross, Miller, Ryan, HRS, clarke, Cumberland, Sonsie, Mj etc. The positive is that even though our two brightest lights last year cumbo and Sonsie have fallen off, improvement has come almost unexpectedly from Ryan, Miller, Ross, Mansell and Clarke. If cumbo and one of
Coulthadd/mj can also force their way in, then im Feeling pretty bullish

Mini has been conservative in selection policy. Hardly a change. No unforced changes I don't think.
If Ryan is injured it'll be interesting to see how we replace him. Pickett maybe and Miller to KPF.
Hopper will walk straight back in as will Lynch.
On form Hugo should be out. Maurice wasn't great either. I think Mansell might be ahead of MRJ for that spot.
Hopper back in the 22 is actually a negative to the fwd line balance. Hopper for JG would be ideal. But JG seems undroppable

See what happens with injury replacement between now and end of the season.

We play WB and Saints at Marvel stadium. We have the 7th worst record there overall winning only 40% of the time. WB win there 52% of time and Saints 56% of the time. Melbourne and Carlton are the only Vic teams with a worse record there and they've been putrid for the majority of the time since the stadium was built. We generally lose winnable games against poor opposition there so I can't see us getting enough wins. That Essendon loss will come back to haunt us.
