Sorry for the lack of update with the last round, but I am back with the ladder going into the final round of the league, still really tight for spots in the 6 going into the final round.

Over in the Euro cup, we have two massive semi finals to watch. One between scorch's two german powerhouses and the other a replay of the 2020 FIRA GF with Stockholm and Berlin going head to head!

The League's regular season has now finished. Thanks to SunsphereParker, Craegus, Rioli8217, _Damo_ and just_kick_it for getting involved this season, I hope to see you all back bigger and better next year!

For those that remain, here's how the finals is going to play out (week three will also see the final of the European Cup). I'm also not sure whether I have used the right terms in week two, but Hackney will play the worse of the two week one winners and Sutton will play the better of them.

Congratulations to caloschwaby and. Barrybran on your great seasons in the FIRA League this year. Although haven't made it to the Grand Final this time around, your top 4 placings have qualified Brixton AFC and Durham Saints to represent the UK in the FIRA European Cup next season! Can't wait to see what you two come up with next year!

We have finally reached the third week of finals which will see both the League Grand Final and the Final of the European Cup take place. Both matchups are between El_Scorcho and myself so they are shaping up to be a couple of great contests.

Congratulations to fancyscum on a well earned league and cup double this season!

That Hackney design with the stripes breaking up into Umbro logos was genius! The sort of clever design element that makes me insanely jealous and fancy seems to do it comp in comp out, and his presentation continues to set the standard on this board.

Along with the wins, Fancy has again made the rest of us running comps look bad with his slick graphics package for the competition. It really adds a lot and anyone who has run a comp knows the effort that goes in. Thanks for running another great season of FIRA.

Cheers for the kind words guys! GG's Scorch, two nail-biting finals to close out a really tight season of FIRA football, look forward to seeing Sutton in european competition next year. Thanks to all that got involved in the competition this year, particularly to those newer faces, hope to see you all back next time round! I think there was a great effort made by a lot of people to really embrace the new look league competition with designs, manufacturers, club names and sponsors that captured the British/Irish aesthetic which I was super pleased with.

I have got some big things planned to take the competition to another level next year, and am really looking forward to defending my titles.

Surprised my Brixton AFC made it so far to be honest! Thanks everybody who got around it as it looked early on that it would be battling for a finals spot at best but I suppose the surprise is half the joy of these comps
