Did you just wake up ?

No. But I've been back and forth to bed all day. Doctor on Wednesday said that I probably had gastro. My BP was down to 63/45 standing up this afternoon which is dangerously low. It's better now. I've only had toast and a banana to eat today with about five glasses of water/hydralyte.

Nah i remember having the orange one but there was another one- in powdered form and it was grey.
