I don't think it was actual bullets it was shrapnel from a blank.

But wtf would i know. Obviously its an ongoing investigation

I remember a police officer killed a person in a live demonstration. While there was meant to be blanks in the gun there was a mix up, and actual bullets had been loaded into the gun
