Yes BDM Season 9 up until last week's episode 11. Tonight's should go up by tomorrow.

I didn't watch that episode, but I looked at Shark Tank Recap and read about the presentation yesterday. Seems like he screwed it up, but got a deal anyway.

My Telehealth yesterday cost $200 for ten minutes, up $20 from last year. And they didn't get the new referral (said there was a mix up with email address on others too)so I can't get my rebate until they do. Luckily I'm seeing my GP tomorrow and will ask her to send another one. At least all my GP visits are now bulk billed.

I put my keys or glasses next to whatever it is I need to remember.

Another way i remember things- this is more at home tho. I think in numbers.

For example-

• get phone off charger
• turn off air con
• get lunch
• take bag

I think of the number 4- like there are 4 things I have to do or get before i walk out the door. It actually works
