3AW’s Ross Stevenson and Russel Howcroft are still breakfast kings on 18.1, mornings with Tom Elliott was steady on 14.9 but drive host Jacqui Felgate had the biggest station drop from 9.9 to 7.8.

Poor Jac, she's struggling.

I rarely listen to any radio these days, including AW. The only time I'd listen to the radio would be when Geelong arent playing on FTA.

“This is what you’re doing in my restaurant, in my house,” he said.

The customer appeared shocked and replied, “This is so abusive”.

Barbagallo then demanded the group leave the restaurant.

“You get out now,” he demanded.

According to the footage, the chef attempted to grab the recording phone and then yanked at the tablecloth, collecting the plates within it and sending some crashing to the floor.

“Turn that f***ing phone off! You and your f***ing phone!” Barbagallo shouted at the group. “Get out of my f***ing restaurant!”

Murder of Interest

1994 O.J. Simpson doesn't turn himself in on murder charges, LA police chase his Ford Bronco for 1½ hours before he eventually gives up (seen live on national TV)

:policecar:
So today is my nephew's 31st birthday. He was born during the chase.

I listen to 3AW when I get up, so it's that Tom Elliott idiot during the week. On weekends I usually stay in bed listening to the footy shows. I used to listen at night when I went to bed at 2am.

Can the jury find her guilty of manslaughter instead of murder?
I think it will depend on the instructions of the judge and the wording of the charges.

There was a case recently, (can't remember which one), where the charge was murder and the jury was instructed that they could only find the defendant guilty of murder and nothing else.
