Had a density bone scan this morning for my osteopenia to see if my prescription has helped the past two years. Then, I went over to pick up a different prescription followed by a quick trip to Coles.

Got four cans of my favourite coffee - Lavazza Espresso - for $6.50 each. The normal price was $9.50, but it's gone up at Woollies to $13. I've waited about four months for it to go on special. Who knows what it will cost in a month. Also, I got some cherries before the season ends and bao buns and rice paper rolls for lunch.

Do you do strengthening exercises for your bones? My mum does exercises and her bone density results improved dramatically.

No. I do take Alendronate once a week. They did the scan to see if being on it for two years has helped. I'm not able to do much exercise due to my arthritic knees and neurological illness. I get exhausted even walking 50 metres with my walker.
