It was great. Drank water on most laps but also wet my head with the water on every third or fourth lap.

I think I'm totally done with running, on my feet too much already at work all day.

Problem is I need some cardio for winter when I can't swim much.

Had a look at the older kids at swim training this morning for the first time to see how fit (or unfit..) they are.

Did 6 x 50m free on 80 sec intervals. Then 3 x dive + 50m breaststroke sprints jump outs.

And some tumble turn work.

Went alright, pushed them a bit without being too hard, we are only at a very low level atm.
