That's the worst thing about having a mobile ute/van job, no fridge.

Is that because of low iron? I'm on iron supplements and my iron is in the "normal" range now but still on the low side so I have to keep taking them.

My iron was fine until I started eating healthier . I'm not a big red meat eater but I'm trying to eat more.

Yep it's called SORAS. Soap Opera Rapid Aging Syndrome. They quickly age the kids to progress the storyline.

Normally the kids are at boarding school to explain their absence.
