It was weird, kind of missed eating breakfast but then wasn't even slightly hungry driving home but then 10 minutes later lol.

All I've had today is two coffees

I might try and stop eating an early breakfast at like 6am, as one thing I noticed is if I eat just a small one say soup at 7.15 I actually don't get as hungry and eat less at morning tea before lunch time.

I like it but it's not really 'needed' and it's like it triggers the body to make it want more through the day.

Could get up and go for a quick run instead, that is the opposite of swimming in that you don't want to eat afterwards.

Oh some decent movies- Bring it On and Bridesmaids.


Shall bounce around between these and the game I think..

One of the worst movies is on too- Focus with Will Smith and Margot Robbie. Terrible.

That my favourite way to pretend I'm doing something.

Although ironically in doing so I sometimes spot something that does need doing.

It's overcast. I got my puffer jacket tho I'm fine

It's been the opposite here. It was overcast when we came and then it became sunny.

Went for a walk and it was really nice, especially along the beach.

It will be interesting to see if she does. Will her lawyers think she will be believable? They may want her to explain the lies.
