I had one of my "action" dreams again this morning. I punched the metal bed lamp and split my skin above the knuckle. Being on blood thinners caused it to really bleed out. Luckily Zsa Zsa was sleeping on the other side of me. The wiped up blood looked like an episode of ER.

I just googled the picture of the chef- i dont think I recognise her. Maybe we havent seen this.

Doesnt say repeat either
Yeah. I don't recognise the crew except for the usuals. April 2023 it started. Don't think it has been shown here on FTA. Why does Ch9 have rights to some series and Ch7 other series? Last night's episode isn't up on 9 Now. Wonder if they'll have the series there.

I have episodes where I hallucinate when I wake up/go to sleep. I sometimes scream really loudly. What I "see" varies each time:
  • Stranger in my room
  • Someone coming through the window/wall/floor
  • The room/house collapsing or something wrong with the room like water everywhere
  • Seeing a creature like snake/spider
  • Feeling like I've died

My reactions also vary:
  • Do nothing
  • Turn on bedside lamp
  • Get out of bed and turn on light
  • Get out of bed and open bedroom door
  • Get out of bed and check window (if I think someone is coming in)

Whichever way I react, I normally realise straight away that everything's ok and it's not real.

Sometimes it happens multiple nights in a row and sometimes nothing happens for days/weeks. It happened last night, (it hasn't happened for awhile), but I don't think I screamed too loud and I didn't really react.

I found out last year what the name for this is. It's not sleep paralysis but it's connected to that. Hypnopompic hallucinations occur when you wake up and hypnagogic hallucinations occur as you're falling asleep.

I have safety bars on either side of my bed so I don't fall out when having one of my action dreams. I wish I could remember who I was trying to punch in last night's dream. I do wake myself up at times yelling at someone/something.
