At school we went on an excursion to the art gallery and saw a Picasso painting. Not long after it was stolen!

Speaking of stealing art/priceless pieces of work- there is a piss funny movie based on a true story of these young men who try and steal these priceless books?

It's just a comedy of errors, it is hilarious.

What was worse was Open Day on a SUNDAY at my last school. It was mandatory. I hated having to smile at prospective parents for hours. I tried to avoid talking to them. This year it's from 9:30am until 1:30pm on Feb 23. Suckers.

I remember the school wanting/requesting me to go in on Saturday and Sundays (a few over the years) Politely told them to get stuffed, no chance that was happening
 
We also had Saturday detention supervision once a year from 9am to noon. My last year I spent the time helping two of my Year 12 VCE English students the entire time while the other reprobates did busy work. After the detention, we went across the street to Hungry Jack's, where I bought them lunch. They got the Saturday for uniform violations. They came to school on a practice test day in civvies. LOL

Camps were tiring. Sunday to Friday. However, I loved Year 7 camp at Point Leo. I'd go down to visit even on other classes days. Once got called to go in on a Sunday after a teacher got concussed after a cricket GF drunken party, since I was Year 7 Coordinator. I had just returned from a week at camp on the previous Friday. I was given a day off later that term.

Worst part about about trade work, even with x1.5 pay I would avoid it.. was a bit if an art coming up with an excuse on the spot at the last moment when someone asked.
