Yeah it needs a lot of work everywhere inside... most of it superficial like walls and paint after being beaten up as a rental for years but disappointingly the kitchen needs to be replaced. Old bathroom but neat and clean enough that it could be done way later.

Will still probably lob in a bid tomorrow maybe 40k over asking as it still ticks boxes and very little suitable comes up for sale but will be a real longshot to get it I think.
