I think I've kicked the sugar too. Just don't want chocolate or lollies at all.
There is 100% an addictive drug nature to it.

And when you quit eating it for a few weeks you lose the taste and want for it.

Bridget Jones can go **** herself. Average movies
It was on the other night and I saw Colin Firth after I had just watched him in a recent episode of Lockerbie on Foxtel. I thought to myself he has really aged. But then I realised the movie was probably 20 years ago and I have aged too!

(Although when I renewed my passport last year, the Australia Post guy questioned whether the photo was the same as the one in the old passport. So he thought I hadn't aged in 10 years, which made me feel good 😁.

Good productive day. Got healthy snacks for work and some other health food I don't usually eat, got new nails (pale pink), and new clothes.

I don't crave sugar if I eat my fruit.
I crave crunchy and salty snacks

That's really good about the sugar, good on you. I've cut out sugar for over a year now and I'm much healthier. Its amazing how many foods that are high GI that you don't realise like bread, medium grain rice, potato.

Watching a doco on the Challenger disaster.
Oops, should have used spoiler tags
I watched one last year about the Columbia Space Shuttle disaster. I think it was on the ABC. They interviewed family members of the astronauts as well as the various people involved in the launch. Can't believe they didn't listen to the guys telling them there would probably be a problem on re-entry.

Tonight I watched the first part of a documentary on the OJ Simpson murders. The main cop involved in the case as well as the guy that recreated the crime scene, explained the evidence. They showed some very gruesome photos of the victims. The prosecution really stuffed up their case by not explaining alot of the blood evidence because they were concerned about the reputation of the LA cops after the Rodney King case. There's no way OJ would have been found not guilty if the jury saw the explanation of the blood evidence and that there is no way it could have been planted.
