In hindsight actually made a massive mistake not at least trying to buy that property, still might have fallen short but had enough to at least make a competitive bid.

Had problems like ordinary design and the whole place needed renovation. Like literally everything.. But the latter whilst a big pain can be fixed. A perfect location is something that can't be changed, which it had. Also good outdoor space for a cat and pot plants, front villa so street frontage as well.
