I love my physio

I presume your back is better. That's great. I slept with my lumber cushion under me last night. Sciatica was terrible this morning. I almost called an ambulance. I could barely even walk. I tried to do a few exercises I saw on YouTube, but I couldn't even get back into bed. I put an ice pack on for a while and have been very deliberate with any movements. Feels a bit better with the lumbar cushion on my recliner.

My big fear is falling. At least I have my Mepacs alarm on, just in case.

Sorry to hear that C1, sounds awful. I hate the feeling of vulnerability that goes with debilitating pain.

I was in trouble from Monday; finally called physio Wednesday who fit me in at short notice, did dry needling & massage to release the muscle tension. I'm setup with a few more exercise options to keep me functional and will have another session next week to review LT plan.

I feel for you Chicago1. It's the worst feeling. I was bad and ignored the pain and just kept soldiering on for months. One day I twisted my body and bang. The doctor told me I had to stay in bed for 3 days. It was hard to eat lying down!
