I wonder what "condense the material" means and if it's the prosecution or the defence.

The testimony of the doctor is probably more favourable to her. Although she could have just been lying to the doctor about her symptoms. Plus elevated heart rate and high blood pressure doesn't mean anything. When I would see the doctor my blood pressure was high because of stress, but when I checked it at home it was normal.
