People keep saying there’s a service fee no matter what, but I haven’t seen it. Maybe they stopped charging me because I’m not using anything. Or maybe they shut it off on their end — I don’t know, but it doesn’t matter. My account balance says $0.00, and that’s all I care about.

Everyone keeps overcomplicating it. I stopped using water, and now I don’t pay for water. It’s pretty simple.
