I had to pay about $150 last year, so I'm assuming maybe this year it'll be $300

Life is so expensive. I’m kinda stuck and can’t leave. Have daydreamed of back to Australia sometime. Doesn’t seem much better. Ah well. I like where I live and don’t go without so hard to complain.

Property is crazy. Vancouver is similar to where I’m from in Melbourne. I get people moving to Saskatchewan or something to escape the burden.

Was fun being in Whistler this week. Aussies everywhere! Was at a line up in cafe and realized all 5 customers in line were from home.
