Usually redesigns you just have to get used to them and they are better but I just don't see it with that one.

I use the app so it hasn't affected me. They updated the radar on the app awhile ago, but I'm used to it now.

When the uproar happened, I went to the website and checked the radar for Melbourne. It was zoomed out showing all of Australia! It might have also shown PNG .

Sinus headache today. I took an antihistamine that I'm really not supposed to take because of my other medications. Don't even feel like eating. Had a cup of green tea and an English muffin. The humidity is the cause most likely. I used to get them a lot, but haven't had many since I returned. At least I haven't barfed like I sometimes do. <enter Seinfeld reference here>

I've been feeling lousy today as well. I suspected it was the humidity. It always drains me .

Had to have a blood test this morning. Had to fast. There were so many people waiting. I think I waited for nearly an hour. They seemed to take ages. I was only in there for 5 minutes.

I have to have lunch with one of the dumbest campaigners I've ever worked with today to discuss "strategy". He loves a buzzword but really struggles to quantify anything or execute anything, in fact I'm surprised he manages to dress himself each morning (maybe he doesn't)

I received an email from a cousin(Sue) in the states who received an email from another cousin(Christine) whom I had emailed last week. I had mentioned in my email that I had had a saddle pulmonary embolism in 2021.

Sue wrote that she had a saddle pulmonary embolism after a flight and that her sister had blood clots. They were tested and it was revealed that they have a genetic condition. Another cousin and his daughter were tested and they have the condition also. It can be inherited from either parent. It's mostly from northern European families. Apparently my mother might have had it. She suffered several miscarriages and that's also one of the symptoms. Of course that was 50+ years ago when the genetic condition wasn't known.

I probably have it so will ask my GP to order a test when I see her next month. Just one more thing to add to my list of illnesses. I've been on blood thinners twice a day for the four years since my embolism. I thought I was dying at the time and was in Royal Melbourne Critical Care unit for three days and then Epworth Camberwell for rehab for three weeks. All this during Covid. I read that if I had had contracted Covid, that the condition would have made the Covid even worse and that I could have died. My cardiologist had warned me about contracting Covid without that information. Seemed to have dodged a bullet.

LOL Just got an email that my Bowel Cancer kit is being sent. I requested a new one since I had forgotten about the last one and it had expired.
