They had carrots and pumpkin, so I just left them. The rest of the meal was nice. Started with prawns in a spicy sauce which I loved. For mains I had turkey, ham, green beans, broccoli and cranberry sauce. I chose pavlova for dessert. Unfortunately eating so much so early caused me to have a weak spell caused by blood flowing to my digestive tract and not enough to my head. That's one of the main symptoms of my illness. I was OK after a while. Came home and fell asleep in my recliner for a couple of hours.

We exchanged presents at the club. I've already eaten a bag of chocolates.

My brother texted me right after the game. I completely forgot about it being played since it was in an unusual time slot - Saturday evening. I did catch the winning touchdown on ESPN. I'll watch the highlights this evening.

Apparently when my brother was 2 he picked up a carrot from his plate, looked at it with disgust and said..

Apparently nan was there and she was like a person that never said a single swear word in her life but she just burst out laughing.

2 magpies were singing on the front gate for nearly an hour...(before I interrupted them to go on my walk).
They sound much nicer than magpie supporters .

My AgedCare helper got me a bag of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups for Christmas. She knows me so well!

I'm currently watching the movie Divorce American Style from 1967. Two actors in it are still alive today and turned 100 years old this year - Dick Van Dyke(Dec 13) and Lee Grant(Oct 31). Only 27 more years for me!
