I eat I regularly but only in rather small amounts.. like a few chopped up bits with tinned tomato and toast. Or in scrambled eggs.

It's flavour is very strong anyway so you don't need much.

So I find out the schools breakfast club has pancakes. Every week. On Friday the one day I don't work

It's a great thing really, a lot of families don't have much money around here so it helps people out.

There are some people that are just arseholes though and don't even bother to send their kids to school with proper any lunch at all

Edit - only thing I've heard of is a nutter regularly going into coles Scarborough threatening staff and just taking staff.

I used to have it most days for lunch. But had to stop because my cholesterol was high. It's normal now but I'm going to stick to being good. Plus there are other "bad" things I would rather eat!

Had my three monthly appt with my Care Nurse and GP. BP was low even after my second meds of the day, but GP wasn't too concerned. I had to have another blood test since she wanted a comparison to last week's for my kidney doctor appt on Mon. She was concerned about two of the results. Hopefully the first result was due to a bit of dehydration and an infection which caused my problems last Monday. I'm already at Stage 3a-b of CKD. Going into Stage 4 could mean dialysis. I've been stable the past four years. Fingers crossed that the new results will confirm that.

It's kind of ironic that he was answering questions on gun violence when it happened. Blaming trans and gangs for mass shootings. Next minute .

I didn't realise that they hadn't caught the guy. I thought I heard this morning that they had the suspect in custody.

Nah story is the female photographer was trying to get a 'money shot' of Bailey with his shorts down getting a rubdown. A towel was hastily draped over his bits. Bailey AND our club physio don't look all that happy with the intrusion here

Well they knew that the media was there. They know the interest in him with regards to "injuries". Go down the race if they're that concerned.

His reaction is the issue. I go to a number of Geelong games because my brother is a Geelong supporter. Bailey seems to worry too much about the crowd and he gets distracted and he reacts. He is too good a player to get sucked in to that.

When Nancy Pelosis husband was bludgeoned with a hammer, Charlie kirk said that that the attack was the result of an illicit gay sexual tryst that somehow went awry and called for a 'patriot' from his audience to bail the attacker out.

This is a fair point. Maybe a bit of decorum is needed on both sides. A designated treatment 'safe zone' could be set up where the media - even at open training sessions - are expected to not intrude. I think a player with a degree of undress such as Bailey had should have the right to not be photographed in a compromised state.

Sports clubs, players and the media should all interact with respect towards each other. There's room for that.
