They had carrots and pumpkin, so I just left them. The rest of the meal was nice. Started with prawns in a spicy sauce which I loved. For mains I had turkey, ham, green beans, broccoli and cranberry sauce. I chose pavlova for dessert. Unfortunately eating so much so early caused me to have a weak spell caused by blood flowing to my digestive tract and not enough to my head. That's one of the main symptoms of my illness. I was OK after a while. Came home and fell asleep in my recliner for a couple of hours.
We exchanged presents at the club. I've already eaten a bag of chocolates.

My brother texted me right after the game. I completely forgot about it being played since it was in an unusual time slot - Saturday evening. I did catch the winning touchdown on ESPN. I'll watch the highlights this evening.

Apparently when my brother was 2 he picked up a carrot from his plate, looked at it with disgust and said..Lots of orange vegetables for dinner tonight. Roasted carrots, sweet potatoes and pumpkin...(no pumpkin on my plate!)
