I thought battersby was the one you liked... Impey or Karpany?

I did for a bit but there are others I prefer. At 50 he'd be decent value. I really like both those two. Particularly Impey. Though Karpany is flying up my board. Problem is Karpany is pretty bloody small.

Pick 12 – RICHMOND

Ben Lennon
Club: Northern Knights
D.O.B.: 5.7.1995
Height: 188cm
Weight: 77kg
Position: Medium Forward/Utility
Lennon was also a three-way joint winner of the clean hands test, and rated highly in the kick rating testing at the combine, whilst also averaging 28 disposals playing for Vic Metro in the championships this year.

AFL site differs. what did lennon and salem have?

anyone have a link for the stats from the under18 championships?

A new day a new pie rumour. Word is they'll go Lennon at 10 and pick up Conlon/Nervakis at 67

God i cannot wait for the actual draft.

Driving me bonkers ! although I suspect it's only going to get more frenzied as the day approaches, making the waters more muddy…..o_O

I hate reading. There are a few I agree with (Sheed, Dunstan, Favretto, Templeton), others I don't. (Crouch, Salem, Lennon)

I'm similar though I tend to agree with him on Crouch (not his draft position). My problem with Quigley is his clear bias against Vic Metro kids and whilst he is good at identifying players strengths and weaknesses, he doesn't appreciate certain abilities and strengths of players. Case in point his view on Conca and Vlastuin.

Hellooooo Aish or Salem.

Not convinced on Salem think he is Melbourne bound as surely they cannot go against the current again and take Freeman, they flew Scharenberg over to interview him in the last two days which i would suggest Collingwood take Salem at 6. Maybe Aish, guess it comes down to what Brisbane want. I wonder if WCE take salem or Aish if they get through?? Word is they are not set on Sheed and would take a slider.

Still doesnt rate them which i don't get. I can understand before the draft but when you've seen what they do on the AFL footy field you've got to come back around.

Missed watching the championships this year so just going by the AFL clips which can be slightly misleading . Anyway cant help but going back to C McCarthy highlights. Just looks like he really knows what he is doing along with a touch of class and desire for the contest. Can see him really coming on and becoming a massive player.

As for the top mids, they all seem to have their pros and cons. Still trying to decide.

WELCOME, SHEED!!!

Given up on this draft research already, did it for about 15 minutes. The AFL website is average. The draft hub has a nice pretty little set up, but the profiles of the players in terms of where they might go is merely "oh he might go here, then again he might go there if he slips through, then again club X might grab him if club Y don't use their pick on him".

FFS. Just going to wait until next Thursday and let RFC work their magic.:)

Agree. Draft coverage from all forms of media has been rubbish.

I reckon if Salem, Lennon, burger and acres are gone jones will be ours , he looks to be a footballer to me whilst I'd prefer the obvious talent of Lennon or Salem, wouldn't be shattered to get jones
If ALL of those are gone by our pick then we will have a very, very good midfielder available at 12.

I'll take a stab in the dark.

If we're left with the chance to pick Salam or Lennon, we'll go with Salam.

If one's left and it's our pick, we'll most likely pick that player.

It will be out of those two. Both great prospects, can't wait for the draft to call one of them Tigers.
