Lol. Fair enough.

I almost forgot.... the 99 prelim.
We are down, they are up. Form favours them but I do not believe they have the greater talent if you appraise the lists. In two weeks we will have greater balance and better fitness.

How is Scotty Lucas by the way? Read something about him being out for a few weeks.

We got beaten by a fitter side on Thursday.

Skills were poor, but they were all over the place on the weekend. Welcome to the first few rounds.

The fact is that the Tiges best 24 players have plyed the whole pre-season uninterrupted by injury, and that, on Thursday is about as good as they will get (heaven help them when Richo retires......time to rennovate the kitchen to put in bigger draws).

For the first 3/4 we outplayed then until time on when they ran over us.

Judd, Stevens, Setanta and Hadley all underdone.

Working by this I think the Saints will beat us this week. Their pre-season has been much harder running wise and they look "up".

The Dons the week after likewise - they will have their typical "hot start" only to fall over after round 6 or 7.

We, unlike past years have eased into round 1 rather than hit it at full steam. Don't expect to see us at our best until after round 5, and even then we will need to have a full list, esp talls, to beat anyone other than the dees. The bullants would beat them ATM.

Round 5 - Dees, followed by the Crows. Running into full form for round 7 vs WCE. A win there will set up our late charge for the eight.

Get on us for finals after round 4 when we are 0 - 4.:thumbsu:

Odds whould be nicce and juicy by then.

go the double with Judd for the Brownlow.
