Would be interested to know what topics people would be interested in us speaking about and also gauge the level of interest.

Can never have enough fishing podcasts. Structure and topic wise: i think some good inspiration would be the Reel Action Fishing Podcast, and the Deep Drop podcast. A good mix of informative, fun and structure.
