I reckon Fitzpatrick will be our replacement for Ceglar.
Watched him play at Box Hill and he is a very strong mark - better than Ceglar. That is just what we are missing on our forward line. He could be as short term replacement for Hale.
He is however a poor kick for goal. He missed three easy shot yesterday for Box Hill. He needs lots of goal kicking practice.
He is a capable ruckman and I am sure he would be able to break even with good opposition ruckmen.

Poor kick for goal is a big worry. Maybe he should handball to a player running no past. There won't be time to correct his goal kicking
