Congratulations to both fancyscum for running FIRA, and cannavo who was lucky enough to score two winners with From Footy To Futbol and "What If" Wednesdays!

With two more comps only a single vote behind, it was an incredibly tight race. Well done to all other comp runners on another great year on the FJGD board!

Just..wow
To be able to top most of the league comps is massive for me, given my weekly comps used to be mixed in with league comps in these awards (bar last year) and was easily drowned out. It sounds like a broken record but each year only gets better as every user improves themselves like a Runescape character and eventually own the wilderness. Big ups fancyscum for pinching top spot as well!

Cannavo really is a driving force of activity on this board, with his weekly comps absolutely brilliant for development and trialing new things and getting the creative juices flowing. He's been doing it forever as well, a real asset to the board!

fancyscum has taken FIRA and turned it into the slickest comp on the board. The attention to detail in terms of the beautiful league graphics really gives FIRA a point of difference and that's all down to fancy's effort.

Cheers, massive thanks to you for running your weekly comps, they are a great opportunity for newer designers for new designers on the board to design consistently and for more experienced guys to drop in when we have a good idea to share.

Same goes for everyone else who takes the time and effort to run a comp on here to keep the board existing to visit on a regular basis, this year may have been difficult with less folks getting involved than usual but hopefully the new year sees some more folks come on here and have a go.
