A mate told me from a 'reliable source' that Ric Flair will announce his retirement after his match at the Mania. Not sure what to think of it but i wouldnt surprise me. I hope he goes out on top.

I think I've heard many times that Flair was retiring, same with Undertaker and even Booker T and Kane.
Those "reliable sources" are often the exact opposite.

But if he was to retire, I dunno, wrestlers final matches are funny things because you'd like to see them go out on a win, but at the same time it's very noble for a wrestler to put someone over in their final match.
Which I think Flair would probably do.

Ric Flair should retire from wrestling and just be a manager or something. Something like a heel turn with him managing a heel Carlito (who turns on Torrie Wilson) would be nice.

I can definatly see flair managing a heel carlito. Or better yet, a heel Triple H like the pre/post evolution days.

Would love to see Flair managing a Four Hoursemen/Evolution type stable.

Benjamin, Carlitto and especially Kenny would benefit from being managed by Flair. The only problem stable wise would be that they are all mid-card/IC contender types.
