All very interesting in hindsight, and proved to be a very good interview.

Stability sometimes works!
Jeez we are lucky there was strong leadership at RFC.
Imagine if those board spill clowns had got in? Dimma sacked?
Interesting for us in hindsight but a real pat on the back for those in charge, including Dimma. They were right all along.

The Four Walls knew.

Great interview. In hindsight the answers led directly into 2017.

The comments re TV and Griff were fascinating. Dimma desperately wanted/wants a 2nd KPF. But both TV and Griff were talented and inconsistent. He couldn't justify them as every week players. When asked about Jack's foil he went Griff, and a few weeks later we traded TV to the Hawks. Given Dimma has stated he wants a 2nd KPF and Griff is gone then it makes it very interesting in 2018.

Seems to me that the changeover of Assistant Coaches made a huge difference. Very proud of the club. Not once did we hear rumours regarding the future of Dimma. A united club is a powerful thing.

wow how spot on was things in that interview. Vick gone. Lids gone to GWS 1st round pick, and Prestia. Healy knew what was going on. Love how Dimma was so defiant and supportive of the players
He lost many of the supporters last year but he never really lost the players and the inner circle proved us all wrong by sticking fat, but it took some big changes in the way he went about coaching along with Balmey and the new assistants it all just clicked, bloody marvelous, now we have to fight to stay at the top.

Its time to make the other clubs respect and fear Richmond again.
