Fletcher a favourite?

Okay he is an emergency but should Simon Fletcher even have been considered for senior selection this week considering his form to date? Is this a case of Brittain trying to keep the spirits up of one of his favourite players? Certainly he has been no better than Fevola who played well in the VFL last weekend. The Blues have done the right thing by leaving Fevola to serve time in the 2's and they should make sure that Fletch gets himself right too. Eccles and Livvo should be the next two considered.
