Must have been one of the last verbals Fly gave before departing. He was singled out for a good old-fashioned bake in front of everyone.
No doubt you would be delighted if your employer publically ridiculed you for your shortcomings.
I am thinking- well, if this is a published critique, so at some level this must be what the Fletch thinks. If so, I must be doing ok. Goodnight and thank you all.

I must say I don’t always agree with your views Tassie4ever but as far as forums and posting your thoughts go, I will acknowledge you are not afraid to post your interpretations, good for you – they certainly make for interesting reading in comparison to some of the ambivalent fence sitting stuff I dish up.This is the sort of innocuous assessment you'd expect of a senior coaching panel member happy to run 2nd last [or protecting his well-paid arse].
In short, if everyone did reasonably well, how is it we did so poorly?
Without picking individual assessments out, a few questions to Fletcher [an old Glenorchy lad]: Charman- must be on his very last chance to get back on the paddock- what is it- 3 games in 2 years, or is the other way around?; Buchanan- you seriously must be kidding; TJ- "pull it all together"- like he hasn't had the odd season or two to do so?; Merrett- "solid"- this is just utter rubbish, unless you call solid fumbling everything including all available chest marks, being monstered by undersized never-will-be's, etc; Selwood- "body on the line"- you can say that again; Austin- "good under pressure"- this is seriously taking the piss; Clark- "needs to settle in a position"- now just who might be responsible for making this strategic decision?
Get serious and get real. Insincere flattery is sad waste of time for everyone.
I think TBD sums up my view pretty well. Open communication to members/supporters/the general public does require limitations. You'd have to think (hope) that the internal assessments are more critical in their approach.
Hopefully this is just website fluff.
I saw this too... Then I just presumed I'd heard wrong and that it was the same knee, but I was pretty sure it was the other one.Certainly not written with accuracy in mind - says Bartlett did the same knee he came with.....well he came with two knees, one reconstructed and one not. Now they are a match - both reconstructed.
