I'm sensing travelers would have to fart in a machine to be identifiedi bet my ass that we get fingerprinted and eye scanning out of this.
dont know whats happened to this plane, but i would think they should find something floating around soon.
but in true big brother fashion we will all pay the consequences. eg our civil liberties will be eroded further.
problem, terrorists killed 230 with stolen passports..
reaction, oh shite poor people, better not let happen again.
solution, finger printing, facial and eye recognition technology to be installed at all airports and everywhere else.
condolences to the dead.

Don't airports, internationally, have these eye-scanners already? Don't they have those machines that bypass manual passport submission where you chuck in your passport and it takes a photo and lets you through? These were installed without many people batting an eyelid – instead just thinking "wow, that was quicker than regular customs!" Plus Australian passports issued in the last five-or-so years already have a little chip in them.
If the government want to have our images on file and know information via a microchip, then it's already happening and this attack is superfluous. This isn't even absolutely massive news, plenty of people not getting massively interested in it.

Or rule out that the air craft may in fact be in Josef Fritzls basement.Until further evidence is produced we can't rule out an air induction from another life force
Dumb Q, if you flew a plane head first into the sea (with the intention not to survive) what would the likely result be in terms of wreckage?
They may have, doesn't mean that device didn't fail either.i need a EPIRB for my boat, you would think they would need to have one on a plane.
I get the feeling that if the plane turned or deviated then maybe a hijacking was involved But again where is the damn plane.
the "black box" has a signal that can last up to 25 days.i need a EPIRB for my boat, you would think they would need to have one on a plane.
