Watching the dogs on their ski trip last night, something really stood out to me. They are moving to the player about to recieve the ball and putting pressure on before the player with the ball in hand has even made the pass. They read the opposition and shut it down.

So many times tonight we see North players react AFTER the ball has already begun its journey to the reciever. So the North player is a step behind the play and can't lay effective tackle pressure.

They really need to address this.
