Ok gang the first game isnt far away and im very confident we can get off to a really good start this season,i badly want to see and hear from most in the media who year in year out find reasons the magpies cant make the final 8.just take note in the first month , they will be calling numerous teams seasons over and the coaches to be in the spotlight.seems to happen more often every year every second week its a new team.but as per usual through theyre hatred of us they start the season bagging us and hoping that we struggle from the word go.but as supporters of the COLLINGWOOD FOOTBALL CLUB,the greatest team on the planet ,we stick together and be it good , bad , or ugly we will always love our club.go the mighty maggies

Our first month will be very interesting, we are playing teams we really should be able to defeat, but as was our burden last season, injuries will play a part. I think missing Fraser, Didak and Richards, are huge blows and have probably knocked our game plan around a bit. Fraser would have played up forward, with Richards in the ruck, Didak midfield with Caracella being the small goal kicking forward. We cant expect too much from Fanning in his first game, especially up aginst Darcy, will be tough. I think if we win 2/4 in the first month, slowly get our side together, we will be happy.
