Flying the colors before finals

I absolutely do not believe it, but today we took the barge around this same cove, in front of a boathouse flying an Australian flag. A soon-to-be-new friend Hamish started screaming at us, so we slowed down to chat. Turns out Hamish is an Aus ex-pat, grew up an hour from Geelong, and the Cats are his team!

We yapped about the exciting Week 1 game Geelong just won, and I documented my atrocious tone-deaf voice for the ages:



He demanded that we tie the barge to his pier for the GF.

I moonlight as a professional opera singer, so the voice you hear is because I am now recovering from COVID... (true, by the way; the COVID part, anyway)
