It’s actually not bad steps-wise so long as you remember to get marinating early enough. I give it two hours rather than overnight as the marinade will mess with the pork if left too long.I wish I had the time and inclination for dishes that require lots of steps. I've become lazy and also the time to do these things is spent walking the dog or here I guess.
That sounds great, post a pic if you can be bothered.
I love making pasta while the Dees are playing though. Once things get grim you can distract yourself during the fourth. Otherwise I have to fold laundry.
I confess I have a soft spot for your winter casserole type things which are pretty set-and-forget, so I can relax with a glass of wine or socialise with guests I don’t have.
