Russell Ebert's brother, father of Brad, is Craig Ebert. He married Christine Obst, a state netballer, whose father is "Bubble" Obst.

Would that make Christine Obst a sister of Andrew Obst and is there any relation to Alan Obst?

I don't remeber Chris having any brothers. However wiki says:
From Wiki: Trevor (Bubbles) Obst came from a famous Port Adelaide family; his father Ken, brother Peter and son Andrew all played with distinction for Port Adelaide

No, Marcus Drum is a cousin to King because their mothers are sisters.
Francis Bourke married a Drum which is on Marcus's fathers side.
So Bourke's are not related to King at all.
