Did Answerths injury happen in the VFL or at training. I missed the VFL last week.

In the VFL, took a big hit and was expected not to return to the field.
But he did, probably shouldn’t have.

From my experiences around clubs the down part only really lasts whilst still in their gear. Once changed and on their way they are leaving their job, glad to be going home and life rolls on. People shouldn’t think players who lose sit around moaning all week, doesn’t happen.

Yep I would say that is probably right, players/coaches/staff/board members all eventually move on from the club, fans/members stick around forever in most cases.

I still have scars from sitting at the MCG through the last quarter of the 2004 GF.

I remember back in the day someone mentioning how tall Derek Rucker was (who looked like a pint size on the court) and he was the same height as I was and thinking 'wow' on the perspective.
