Real Age footy podcast claims that Jimmy Bartel was instrumental in getting Neale to Brisbane and Bartel in the podcast doesn’t deny it. Anyone heard that before? I know he was working with the club part time for a bit last year

How did they go?

Youngest in his senior game was given postitive feedback, even had a spectator after the match come up and tell him he thought he did a good job. Hopes to have another game this weekend and will find out tomorrow night.
The eldest umpired two U19 games (4x20 min quarters) went really well, if he's not appointed to a senior game this week, it will only be a matter of time before he is.
Oh and all the new rules apply but not the 6,6,6 and runners are allowed at any time.

Can someone please enlighten me why there is a Game of Thrones round in the AFL and other sports throughout the country?

As someone that has never watched the show, nor cares one iota about it and knows a lot of people that feel the same way; we're confused why some random TV show has its tentacles in Australian sport.

Coz it's showing on some Fox package this year and Fox is spending money to promote that package. And Gil likes getting money.

Despite winning less centre clearances we scored more from centre clearances than they did.
